Menu Pricing and Information Guidelines


The School Prospectus Company has created a simple Menu Pricing table that enables you to accurately cost your prospectus through each stage. We can also provide accurate, itemised quotations based on the initial design brief and then continue to provide cost analysis on an on going basis.

Our initial cost calculations recommend a budget for all elements including scriptwriting, design, photography print, website design and programming to create the desired image for the school and its prospectus. Further detail can be added as the project develops and discussions occur with the School Management Team.

Typical overall cost, including laminating and making up folder, for 1000 items is £6677.00 or £6.67 each. Photography can be achieved in one full day session, but you may want to budget for two sessions. Many of our schools choose to package their prospectus in an outer folder. Simply add the print figures from the first item in the table.

To include all creation of corporate style and development of pages including cover design and layout of inside pages to a total extent of Pages of the Prospectus. Manipulation of images in Photoshop to size and style. Creation of all logo devices, decals and cameos in Illustrator and Photoshop file formats. Some pages may be less expensive and these savings will be passed back to the client.

Scripting
On average Scripting the prospectus will cost between £1,500 and £3,000 depending on the extent. Our consultant is a former head of ELT with a leading Educational Publisher and will be happy to discuss your script. He is also an integral part of the conceptualisation process at the ealiest stage.

All prices exclude VAT. (Charged at zero rate and invoiced direct to the school. Prices subject to change.
