Welcome to The School Prospectus Company website. We are the first specialist to create a Menu Pricing system that lets you plan and budget before you start. The site is designed to be informative and present our specialist abilities and services, which also include displays and websites.

As you navigate through you will come across examples of our work and costings. We have many enquiries in a year, so to make a visit to your school we recommend you look at the costing options first.

We will always confirm our costs and if we are asked to Tender against other providers we charge £150.00 which includes an initial briefing meeting and our tender/pricing document. This cost is discounted from the final bill if we are successfull in the tender process.

The School Prospectus Company co-ordinates the elements of photography, design, copywriting and print for all marketing and promotional materials. The creative process can cover an academic year or on an ad hoc, or project basis, but our task is always the same - to formulate high quality literature and materials which reflect the educational establishment, status and aspirational values.



First impressions do count. The school prospectus is in essence the school's calling card, portfolio, catalogue, directory, mail shot, advert and PR campaign all rolled into one. It is the school’s most important marketing awareness and image-building tool. It needs care and attention if it is to work to the future benefit of the school, its pupils and staff.
